Symbiote seeks is a work in proces exploreing through as meny medeums as we can lay our hands on... and ocashionaly useing other artists jernalysts ect..

the work explores the effects and implications of a new organysm being introduced to the world. this organysm is diferent from all other organysmes in meny ways but the moast interesting are theat it actively benifits all life and subtely creates networks conecting ..

 

I Know this project is a little si fi for a lot of ppl.. Im loveing the freedom this brings. I can still explore the same theams have explored in the past but in diferent ways ..

this is a work in progress and i have no idea when it will be exhibited

Exertion

Work in the pipe lines

the idea of exertion is a large scale information ritch artwork which is exhibited. viewers have the option of selecting a section of the artwork and extracting it.. this creates twoartworks the selected work and the rejected work. this proces repeted by several viewers changes the work

People of UIYO

This ongoing cerys of work was origionaly conceved in order to anker my art in real life rather than haveing it enhabit the wooly world of the internet wher it can be any size and can be shown at variying degrees of fedelaty to how i think it should be...,

The images produced in this serys show work created for the project projected into urban settings (sometimes derelict building interiors).. similar to graphety (where the urban esthetic of my art comes from in part) ocashionaly introduceing people and props into the work which alows for an easely readable narative or coment on the work..

Erly in the evolution of this work I produced images where the enhabiters of the image were unaware of narative and were introduced more for asthetick than narative

 

UIYO

UIYO Is a word created useing letters as symbols. U being a Mail organ I being Femail organ Y being the meeting of these organs and O being the result of this meeting.

This word was created as an exploration of the english language, Dyslexia and sexhualaty..

Works produced in UIYO include Paintings Poems and Poasters.

 

UIYO Gallows

UIYO Gallows is a serys of paintings useing black and white poaster paint on unprimed canvas. The works explore depreshion from the point of view of an individual born inperfect without the urge to reproduce this flaw in the standard way.

UIYO CITY

 This work uses UIYO as a be all word... UIYO is mail femail sex birth and deth and theirfor is part of etherything..

It uses contributed works from the internet lairing ontop of its origional dimentions hopeing to simulate the fealings of a physical city... a place created other time by a huge number of people.

U140

U140 is very similare to UIYO City with a slight twist... U140 and UIYO are the same word identifyed slightly off with optical character recognition software.. instead of a work keeping its dimentions this work progresses infinatly left to right and doesn not contain donated works

 

PNG PONG

PNG PONG is an image which is passed from artist to artist manipulated by each artist . The origional image was a PNG computer image file

Root Corse Analasis

Root corse analasyse Is a set of instalations which happened during 2001 to 2003

The instalations show information ritch data sets in an office setup. the viewer is invited to take the role of ditective in sifting through this data which gives information related to a fictional soshal network. the characters in this soshal network were realised as composit computer game characters. the images on the walls notes on scratch pads paperweights ect all pointed to a climax happening previouse to the instalation where one character becomes aware he is a vertial character in a vertual construct following a week of drinking, a character coupple consumate their relationship, one femail character in erly computer gameing fashion defeets evel and obtains a gold star, one character is shot to death and then stolen from by the previouse character whilst he was in a hypnotropick state.

Web Comic

Web comic is a web comic curently on the back burner.. I intend to produce a web comick which will be a colaberative work and will teach artists and comunaty groops skills they need to do the same or a simalare thing..

Comishions

Commadore, Tricky, Thompsons park an a few others have comitioned me to do create artworks for them.. I have no problems with this. I will onley produce work for projects/ groops I personaly respect

Portrates

Portrates have been produced endleslt through the history of art.. i dont see any reason not to produce portrates and i enjoy doing them

 

Misalaneous#

I like to create and im not to much of a fan of righting as a result a lot of work will go un recorded... I love talkeing about art and oftern will do this more elequently than i can type ...

As a result this sight may soon become a podcast sight with conversations between artists introduceing teir works and descussing I find there is a lack of this content currently available
